SLACKIBLOC Linelock
The SLACKIBLOC is a light but quite strong and easy to use weblock, ideal for any 25 mm webbing.
The tempered aluminum body allows high resistance up to 10 kN and it is overall a light weight with its 165 gr only.
SLACKIBLOC Technology
- SLACKIBLOC has an anodized aluminum diverter which distributes the energy onto the webbing's surface;
- The pins are made from stainless steel and allow the webbing to slide perfectly during ravelling;
- Reinforced and anodized aluminum make it resilient to any type of shock and humidity;
- The double pin allows the direct connection to a softrelease, without using any further metal connecter
Which connectors are the best to use with the SLACKIBLOC?
Our SLACKIBLOC is compatible with basically all standard types of connectors.
We recommend 2,2T BOW SHACKLES STAINLESS STEEL, one of the strongest stainless steel omega shackles.
What is the ANTISLIP?
The ANTISLIP idea is to safely secure the outcoming tail of your weblock, once your slackline is set-up under enough tension.
Experience have shown us that due to big wind gusts or really intensive use, a loose tail of the webbing can possibly lead to a total derail of the line from its weblock.
Our ANTISLIP device is a clipped system specifically ideal for low tension set-ups and perfect for the SLACKIBLOC weblocks. This clipping systeme serves to prevent slippage of your mainline and secures your session and slackline experience.
ATTENTION: Any weblock should be always used with either our ANTISLIP device or a secure ANTISLIP KNOT. A properly tied ANTISLIP KNOT is best to learn from other, more experienced slackliners, as it may vary, depending on the type of weblock used.
The difference between our CHILI or SLACKIBLOC?
CHILI LINELOCK is the perfect linelock for extreme tension (up to 15 kN) .
The SLACKIBLOC is much lighter but provides the same strength. The included antyslip system though, can increase safety factors, especially for Highlines.
