Omega, Twisted, Form D stainless steel shackles, Dyneema soft shackles and galvanized lifting shackles
Shackles are exceptional connectors for heavy loads like in longlining or tricklining set-ups. Very simple to handle and unlike carabiners, they are allowed to work in tri-directional load directions, for example with the use of a ROUND SLING SPANSET around a tree.
In this section of our shop you'll find a selection of our best lifting shackle connectors.
The stainless steel shackle, forged and mirror polished is available in diffrerent type of shapes: bow shackle, straight D shackle or a 90° twisted shakle.
The galvanized bow shackles in forged steel show a rather rough finish but keep excellent resistance properties.
Finally we offer even soft shackle connectors, made from dyneema, stating extremely light weight but a very high load capacity.

About breacking strength of the slackline shackles
Every shakle offered in our shop states a certain breaking strength in kN and the suggested working limit load in WLL (Working Limit Load).
The detailed data has been obtained from laboratory tests under optimal working conditions. In real use conditions, various external factors may vary concerning the resistance of the connector. For example, if the anchors are not aligned with the stated working direction of the shackle, or external surfaces get in contact during movement, all these real use conditions can interfere with the system.
Don’t hesitate to ask for advice from a slackline rigging technician, in order to avoid the incorrect use of the device or product.
