The solution to the "fabric on fabric" problem

In traditional setups, continuous rubbing between textile components is the number one enemy of material durability. The Bungee Sling was designed specifically to eliminate this problem when working with a V-shape bungee.

The reason lies in its structure:

  • Internal pre-tensioning: The bungee consists of an elastic core and an external protective sleeve. This synergy generates a thrust equal to about 100 kg of pre-tensioning.

  • Rubbing cancellation: it is precisely thanks to this compression force that the sleeve fabric is "squeezed" and locked around the sling. This prevents movement between the parts, creating a true static zone: since there is no sliding, the problem of "fabric on fabric" rubbing is eliminated.
