ZAO LINE - In love with longlining

ZAO is a highly appreciated slackline: it has been designed based on feedback from some of our best longline and highline athletes. A flat waved central body and it's tubular edges are the special qualities that ensure simultaneously softer catching and handling for the hands and a solid line feeling underneath your feet.

A Longline full of emotions

This polyester line, with its 31 kN of minimum breaking strength, stands out for its particulary pleasant stretch, which allows an amazing slackline experience. In case you are already a fan of polyester lines like TENDER or FLY, our ZAO line should be your next one to step up the game!

What is the difference between BY METER webbing, the SPLIT50 or SPLIT100?

If you already have a regular training spot, with a predefined length in which to install a longline, e.g. 30, 45 or 70 m, then you can choose to purchase the webbing with the PRICE PER METER model by selecting the length you want (quantity 33 = 33m), and if necessary you can purchase a SEWN LOOP for one or both ends separately.

However, if you already want to consider connecting several lines together using INOV' SPLIT technology, you want to choose the SPLITs of 50 or 100m length.

Choose the CLASSIC or JUMBO protection Sleeve

Before being sewn into a loop, the webbing is threaded into a tubular webbing that acts as a protective anti-abrasion sleeve. We offer two different kinds of protection sleeve:

CLASSIC: it is a single, tubular layer protection and is ideal for most common situations, such as with shackles or carabiners.
JUMBO: is an innovative, new system with a tubular, double layer of protection, which increases abrasion resistance and makes the use of small connectors (such as the Ø4 mm SOFT SHAKES or the Ø5 mm diameter dyneema ropes) concern-less.

The Zao line has been designed, tested and produced exclusively in Italy. It has been developed in collaboration with our expert athletes who we let choose its main, most important performance-based and technical characteristics, in order to offer you the perfect longline. Every batch has been tested with appropriate machinery to check breaking strength and the fiber integrity after the production process.

My first Longline

This webbing teached me to send 50m! It is nice bouncy and still easy to rig in the park. On higher tension the round edges get quite flat and the webbing starts to bend slightly like “)” but nothing you feel while walking. The Colours are beautiful.

Great webbing

Love how stretchy and soft it is - walking it feels like bouncing on a cloud.
When it isn't very tensioned, the tubular edges are very nice to the touch. When a lot of tension is used, it feels basically flat, which is a shame, but the line is still great.
